Robert Half Director of Marketing in Delray Beach, Florida

Description We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to oversee and manage the end-to-end production process for all projects and advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for defining project scopes, allocating resources effectively, and managing the production budgets. This is a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department managers to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end production process for all projects and advertising campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

• Allocate and coordinate resources effectively, including internal staff, external vendors, and freelancers, to meet project requirements.

• Monitor and manage production budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

• Maintain high-quality standards for all deliverables, ensuring they align with the brand guidelines.

• Conduct thorough reviews of creative assets to identify and address any issues before final delivery.

• Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying critical milestones and potential bottlenecks.

• Proactively communicate with team members to prevent delays and address unforeseen challenges.

• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, managing costs and expectations.

• Utilize skills in Facebook Insights, Google AdWords, Advertisements, Brand Awareness, Campaign Planning, Collateral Management, Design controls, Brand Marketing, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Trade Shows. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar Director of Marketing role.

• Expertise in managing and utilizing Facebook Insights.

• Proficiency in Google AdWords and creating effective advertisements.

• Strong understanding and experience in increasing brand awareness.

• Skilled in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.

• Experience in collateral management.

• Familiarity with design controls.

• Proven ability in brand marketing.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and its utilization for marketing purposes.

• Experience in organizing and participating in trade shows.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Innovation starts with people.®
