K&M Tire HR Recruiter in Delphos, Ohio
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter reports to the Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Manager and is responsible for leading the recruitment process for warehouse locations or other positions as assigned.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate and work closely with managers to determine staffing preferences
- Conduct initial phone screens and assist with on-site interviews to evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications
- Initiate and review background checks in a timely manner
- Properly adjudicate hiring decision based on MVR / Background results in line with company policy and legal requirements
- Manage/track current job openings within the Paylocity / recruiting platform and on K&M intranet
- Coordinate drug testing and physicals with potential candidates and K&M Logistics, as required
- Ensure positive candidate experience through customer service, timely communication; Respond effectively to candidate questions and provide important information during delivery of employment offers
- Ability to travel to other in state/out of state K&M locations as needed
- Develop recruitment strategies for locations that have been identified as "Red" for 3 weeks or more
- Interview for Manager positions and non-warehouse roles
- Manage/enter job requisitions into Paylocity
- Send out and manage electronic onboarding
- Perform other duties as appropriate and assigned

Knowledge and ability to use the following office equipment and software: HRIS (Paylocity), Word, Excel, telephone, scanner, and computer
HR Recruiter Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-year business degree or 2 years relevant experience in staffing/recruiting
