What you will do

• The position is designed for making strategy, execution and ensuring reliability and improving conditions of plant assets. Plan, Conduct and Directs Engineering projects including New Product, Facility including Soft Services, Automation, Safety & Sustainability and Compliances

• Ensuring Compliances and engaging with Internal and External Stakeholders

• Build People Capability and Strengthen Organizational Capability

Key Responsibilities:

Oversight of Technical Operations function to ensure:

• Compliance with all applicable Statutory and regulatory requirements and engagement with Internal and External Stakeholders

• Compliance to Organization EHSS and Quality Management System, Global, Regional and Local Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and Initiatives like (Code of Hygiene Practices, cGMP, Schedule M requirements for Cosmetics, ISO-13485 & ISO-14644 for Clean manufacturing environment, Bio Film removal, Qualification and Asset Stewardship, legionella, VFA/ FCA, BSP, ESSP etc)

• Leading Internal and External Audits and Sustainable closure of Audit Observations to make plant Operations Compliant, safe and Hygiene

• Focus on Reliability Management for all plant equipment including Utilities and Machinery (Mobile and Stationary/ Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentation), End to End Purified Water system etc, Building Maintenance, Management and Upkeep

• Asset availability & efficiencies - Asset up gradation (including plant led capital projects) as agreed in the annual operating plan whilst ensuring financial performance of the function within approved operating budgets. Technical Operations Budget Management and setup performance-based budget

• Drive & lead the Site Led Capital Program execution. Be the custodian of the Site Master Plan. Provide Engineering & Reliability interface with Centrally Lead Capital Programs as a custodian of Global Engineering & Reliability Standards for the Plant and Facility

• Direct and Lead the Planning, Execution and Optimization of Performance leveraging the Global Manufacturing Maintenance Equipment Excellence Program and Global Reliability Standards

• Spares Part and Obsolescence Management and Regular vendor connect (self-managed and Sub-contracts) including but not limited to ACMA (Coesia), Nordonmatic, Clearpack, Packlab, Rockwell, Atlascapco, Sodexo, CBRE etc for updates on machinery, Facility, Soft Services, NPD, Obsolescence, Upgrade, Preventive Maintenance and Improvement opportunities

• Prepare for Future and Deliver Continuous Improvement, Automation and SMART Operations and Cost Improvement targets and initiatives

• Lead Incident Investigations and its documentation and discharge administrative & supervisory responsibilities for personnel including recruiting, hiring, training, work performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions per company policy

• Build People Skill, Capability and Strengthen Organizational Capability

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical /Electrical/Instrumentation and Control) desired.

Experience: 10 years’ relevant experience from Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, Engineering industry and Process Automation, desired.Tech Savvy and hand on Experience on Digital Tools like but not limited to AutoCAD, PLC software, SAP, SCADA Software, Maximo, Minitab, Power App and Power Automate.
