Kuehne+Nagel Contract Logistics Inventory Manager in Delhi, India

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of operational excellence.

Your Role

Your primary objective will be to oversee + ensure 100% accuracy in stock reconciliation + inventory management for each account.

Your Responsibilities

You will do this by leading your team + working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key activities.

• To manage + direct team members to complete daily inventory tasks, including the training of others per inventory management requirements.

• To supervise inventory quality + accuracy assurance programs including measurement of relevant key performance indicators (KPI) in weekly + monthly reports.

• To maintain + develop processes + working instructions (WI) in regards to inventory control measures.

• To develop + maintain processes for inventory claims, returns, damaged goods handling, identifying measures to reduce damages.

• To ensure site management are well trained to identify + resolve identified inventory issues via root cause analysis.

• To plan + manage all cycles of stock counts in accordance with customer requirements + our guidelines.

• To manage escalations from all stakeholders, ensuring to provide solutions.

• To lead the implementation of new accounts in relation to inventory management + controls.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Minimum work experience of 5 years in the logistics industry.

  • Experience of E-Commerce customers.

  • Strong experience of Stakeholder Management.

  • Good Communication skills.

  • IT proficiency.
