Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Design and follow through on differentiated commercial strategies and long-term growth strategies for Takeda Mexico based on customer insights and sales force effectiveness. In addition, he/she is responsible for leading internal/external communication and sales force training strategy. His/her objective is to develop new business opportunities, to enable successful business development in the future and to correctly manage upcoming challenges.

This position reports to Country General Manager and is based in Mexico City, Mexico.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Deliver high-quality insights and analytics with the goal of understanding customer needs across Takeda Mexico’s portfolio.

  • Deliver high-quality and differentiated commercial strategies which serve Takeda Mexico’s short and long-term growth strategies.

  • Manage performance and business insights; develop and lead business reviews, KPIs, and dashboards.

  • Manage targeting and segmentation strategy and CRM.

  • Develop performance management, training, and capability building, all of which should serve to ensure sales force effectiveness.

  • Manage both internal and external communications to ensure effective delivery of Takeda’s vision and values to customers.

  • Ensure all activities comply with Takeda’s Code of Conduct/Policies.

  • Demonstrate strategic enterprise thinking to discover innovative means to serve patients, build trust and strengthen corporate reputation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent knowledge and experience.

  • At least 5 years of standard-setting performance in this role.

  • Proven ability in managing brands, developing marketing strategy and executing commercial plans.

  • Experience in building and analyzing KPIs, incentive programs, performance management and capability programs which ensure sales force effectiveness and successful strategy execution.

  • 5 years of experience in commercial excellence areas. Desirable.

  • Deep knowledge of private and public markets (e.g., information sources, institutions, field sales force).

  • Fluent English.
