POSITION SUMMARY Sets up and operates production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery. Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and in a timely fashion. VALUES Innovation Commitment & Passion Integrity Team & Relationships DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrate entry-level skills to setup and operate machine tools. Interpret standardized work instructions, basic part prints and/or technical drawings. Apply a working knowledge of basic measuring and inspection tools and use appropriate measuring devises to confirm a part s compliance to required specifications. Preform conversion, computations, and calculations that result in parts production to specific specifications. Demonstrate knowledge of general shop safety, and machine tool safety procedures The target hourly range is $20.00 - $22.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
