Job Description:

Perform and support the daily operations of the Hydrocarbon teams in one of the sub processes: Contracts & Pricing, HM Exchange, Stock Recording & Reconciliation or Stock Valuation. Provide proactively issue resolution to support E2E process and value chain in Hydrocarbon area. Deliver assigned activities and drive for operational excellence within the team.

BIC Analyst

• Manage interface errors between systems, monitor resolution

• Investigate issues and resolve errors accurately within timeline

• Engage with stakeholders for root cause analysis of the interface errors to ensure proper resolution in the future

• Collaborate with other processes (interdependencies) to identify process improvements
