Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- Provide excellent client relations by responding to calls and emails in a friendly, professional manner.
- Point of contact for the clients by being proactive and reactive to their needs.
- Prepare documents and ensure paperwork is processed with the necessary requirements and follow up.
- Maintain office systems and look for ways to continuously improve and streamline for efficiency
- Schedule sales appointments for the owner designers
- Coordinate employee meetings and assist with overall employee communication.
- Asses new software programs and apps to stay up to date with the latest technologies
- Make post office and bank runs
- File and maintain a clean office space
- Coordinate additional office projects
- Other duties as needed
What the successful candidate should have:
- Proven 5+ years of office management, administravie or assistant experience.
- College degree
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Proficiency in Quickbooks experience
- Excellent time mangement skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Superb organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Extremely service oriented with the internal and external customers
- Able to work well independently, in addition to being team focused
- Understanding and passion for lanscaping desing is a BONUS!

- Hourly Salary between $12-$17 per hr
