N&N LANDSCAPING LLC Office Manager in Del Rio, Texas
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure a smooth, efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office resources, supporting staff, handling administrative duties, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Manage office supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and organized.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and managing communication between departments and clients.
- Budgeting and Finance: Monitor office budgets, handle petty cash, and work with finance teams to manage invoices and purchase orders.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise office assistants, receptionists, or other support staff, providing direction and ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with suppliers and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- HR Support: Coordinate employee onboarding, maintain employee records, and assist with other HR-related tasks such as time-off tracking and benefits coordination.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that the office complies with all safety regulations and health standards.
- Technology Support: Liaise with IT support to ensure office systems and technology are operational.
- Customer Relations: Greet clients and visitors, direct them appropriately, and ensure a positive experience when entering the office.
- Event Coordination: Organize office events, meetings, and conferences as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and office management software.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and supplies.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve effectively.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
