13596BRDepartment Name:HSP Pediatric Therapy Location:Deforest Clinic Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Pediatric therapy team . Duties and Responsibilities:
Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting.
Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.
Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible with schedule and clinic changes to help support the team.
Remain up to date with clinic operation changes and workflows (review emails, communications, meeting minutes, etc.)

Qualifications Include:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
Experience working in an acute care setting
