NOW HIRING FOR THE 2024/2025 SCHOOL YEAR!
NOCAC Head Start Preschool program is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team who will support the Education and Home-Based Manager in the planning, development, and implementation of educational and home-based programs and services.
Job duties include:
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation. Enter information into online databases including but not limited to ChildPlus and KReady
- Monitor and track data for all areas related to the Education and Home-based service area
- Collaborate with the Education Manager to prepare written reports
- Run reports to ensure all required items are completed within the timeframe specified.
- Track and support staff during the Child Development Associate (CDA) certification process
- Prepare kindergarten screening and transitioning information for teaching staff to utilize during home visits/conferences.
- Help review Lesson plans for the pre-school classrooms
Hourly Pay
- $18.24/hr - w/ HS Diploma or equivalent
- $20.18/hr - w/ college degree (AA and above)

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting or Home Visiting setting, preferred.
- Must have experience with and be efficient at working with computers and databases.
- Must be able to sit for periods at a time
- Must have a valid Ohio driver's license and be insurable through NOCAC's vehicle insurance carrier. Must be over the age of 21.
