Basic Job Duties:
Team Associates Aligned with Company Directives:
Ø Alignment with Operation and Food Service Directors
Ø Coach and develop hourly team through mentoring, motivation
Ø Assist with the development and execution of new training practices and programs
Ø Communicate effectively with all S&G associates and customers Initiatives
Ø Maximize sales and profits
Ø Be good stewards of Company funds reviewing financial statements keeping expenses in mind
Ø Identify and celebrate sales successes, as well as develop and implement plans to address lost sales and gross profit opportunities
Ø Ensure that team members demonstrate sales-focused and customer-centric behavior when interacting with our customers
Ø Be the steward of safety -- foodservice, operations, associates and customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 -- 45 per week
