Job Summary
The Admissions Director is responsible for overseeing the admissions process at Brookview. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care, a strong understanding of the admissions process, and a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the admissions process at Brookview Healthcare Center
- Interview potential residents and their families
- Assess the needs of potential residents and match them with the appropriate care
- Negotiate contracts with potential residents and their families
- Work with the sales team to generate leads and close sales
- Track and analyze admissions data to measure the effectiveness of the admissions process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in admissions, preferably in the long-term care industry
- Strong understanding of the admissions process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
