Adecco is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team in Deerfield, IL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products.

Required Skills and Experience:
Fluent in English
Minimum 3 years of Supply Chain Experience in a similar role
Experience with RapidResponse or other relevant planning systems is beneficial
Proven ability to influence, communicate, negotiate, and manage conflict in a geographically diverse, matrix organization
Preferred Skills and Experience:
APICS Certification
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Related Field
Experience in Demand Planning and Sales and Operations Planning
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate production and procurement of finished goods hardware and TPP for the US supply chain.
Balance plant efficiency, sales, distribution, customer service, and inventory requirements.
Define and approve planning parameters to drive OTIF and Inventory performance.
Formulate and communicate short to mid-term tactical plans to balance supply and demand.
Support the Operational Plan with key stakeholders, including Plant Management.
Monitor supply chain performance, identify, and drive improvement opportunities.
Achieve Inventory targets and proactively manage supply chain risks.
Utilize scenario planning and collaboration tools in RapidResponse.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply risks and issues.
Provide input to financial planning and forecasting processes.
Reconcile and maintain code-level inventory to meet business needs.
Maintain product code data and statistics in various systems (JDE).
Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
