Primary Responsibility
Lead the design, implementation, and management of sales compensation plans to align with business objectives.
Develop and execute enablement strategies to equip sales teams with the tools, training, and resources needed for success.
Analyze and improve sales performance data to assess the effectiveness of compensation and enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Planning:
Design sales compensation models that incentivize desired behaviors and outcomes.
Regularly evaluate and refine compensation plans to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
2. Sales Enablement:Create and implement training programs and resources for sales teams.
Drive initiatives to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Performance Analysis:
Provide data-driven insights into sales performance and compensation effectiveness.
Collaborate with leadership to recommend adjustments based on analytics.
- Team Leadership:
Mentor team members and ensure the professional growth of sales enablement specialists.
Key Skills
Expertise in sales compensation, financial modeling, and enablement strategies.
Strong analytical and mentoring abilities.
Deliverables
Deliver and maintain comprehensive sales compensation models aligned with business goals.
Develop enablement materials that improve sales efficiency.
Provide actionable insights from performance data to drive strategic decisions.
Educations & Experience:
5 years of people management
10 years of analytics experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Salary Range: $105,000-$110,000
