Description We are looking for an Organizational Change Manager to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This role entails developing comprehensive communication and engagement strategies, managing change, and producing high-quality content. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that are aligned with transformation objectives
• Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and stakeholders
• Identify key stakeholders and engage them to secure their buy-in and support
• Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand their needs and concerns
• Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions
• Develop materials and tools to support modernization efforts such as FAQs and collateral
• Produce creative high-quality content including presentations, reports, and internal communications
• Tailor messages to different audiences to ensure clarity and relevance
• Track the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve communication efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination
• Plan and execute events such as town halls, workshops, and training sessions to facilitate engagement and information sharing
• Develop and execute crisis communication plans to manage any issues that arise during the transformation Requirements • Proven experience in Organizational Change Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in marketing and public relations
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Experience in planning and executing change management strategies
• Ability to handle materials and manage collateral
• Knowledge of planning processes and quality management
• Ability to make engaging presentations to stakeholders
• Experience with monitoring tools and frameworks
• Proficiency in executing plans and coordinating teams
• Experience in content creation and training session delivery
• Strong analytical skills and ability to scale out projects
