We are in the search for a diligent Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client's team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will have the responsibility of effectively managing high-volume accounts payable tasks, ensuring the smooth transition from QuickBooks to Business Central, and maintaining precise records for our multiple legal entities.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable

• Oversee the transition from QuickBooks to Dynamics 365 or Business Central

• Maintain precise financial records for approximately 30 legal entities

• Carry out filing tasks as required

• Prepare and distribute 1099s

• Scan and forward necessary documents to tax partners

• Update W9 forms as needed

• Handle account reconciliation tasks

• Conduct check runs and invoice coding

• Perform data entry tasks and invoice processing

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Check Runs

• Ability to perform Coding Invoices

• Excellent Data Entry skills

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
