Job Description:

Assist director in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing therapeutic recreation activity programs in accordance with current existing federal, state, and local standards, to assure that the spiritual development, emotional, physical, recreational, and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.Work Experience: Nursing home experience preferred.

Education Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of full time experience as an Activity Aide/Therapeutic Recreation Aide in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

This position is casual, as needed. Candidates should be able to commit to occasional day and evening hours.

The range of pay is $15.15 - $19.15/hr. Offers will be based on years of related experience.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Current Basic Cardiac Life support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 3 months of date of hire.

Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification preferred.

Job Location: Essentia Homestead

Shift Rotation: Day/Eve Rotation (United States of America)

Shift Start/End: 9:00 a.m./4:30 p.m.

Hours Per Pay Period: 64

Compensation Range: $15.15 - $19.15 / hour
