Zebra Technologies Implementation Specialist in Dedham, Massachusetts

It’s our responsibility to implement and iterate on our platform delivering maximum value and usability for our customers. We do this leveraging a cross functional team that possesses industry, solution, and delivery expertise.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Implementation Specialist who is passionate about delivering solutions that are changing the retail, banking, and healthcare landscape.Once a sale is complete, our Implementation Specialists ensure clients are taken care of by ensuring that Zebra's SaaS product, Reflexis, is properly set up and configured to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an expert level understanding of our Reflexis software

  • Partner with project management and customer success teams to gather requirements.

  • Gather, evaluate and understand client business requirements and map to appropriate product features

  • Seek to understand customer processes, goals and challenges in order to deliver a seamless and positive implementation experience

  • Identify and document client change requests

  • Conduct product feature demos and training sessions to enable successful client business users

  • Test configurations and features prior to delivery and resolve any detected issues

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in industrial engineering, IT, ComputerScience orBusiness discipline)

  • 2 years in a software implementation role

  • Solid experience in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

  • Solid analytical skills/mathematically inclined

Preferred Requirements:

  • Retail industry experience a plus

  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email and video conference

  • The ability to quickly and effectively prioritize in a results-driven, fast-paced environment

  • Ability to be agile and adaptable throughout multiple project lifecycles

  • Self-driven

  • Hyper-organized and strong multi-tasker who can easily manage numerous projects

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Team oriented and ability to collaborate and build relationships

  • Strong technical aptitude and a drive to learn

  • Strong attention to detail

  • 25% travel
