Universal Metalcraft, Inc. in Decatur, IN is seeking a Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) Detailer. Starting wage will range from $18.00/hour to $ 24.00/hour - depending on experience Job Responsibilities:
- Manage to draft and plot conceptual and final plans
- Organize and maintain files for project documentation
- Follow instructions and diagrams to create or modify drawings
- Taking verbal direction and implementing into sketches and calculation to produce drawings
- Present rough design drafts for client approval
Education/Skills Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 6 months of work related experience
- Self-Motivated
- Experience with sheet-metal/structural steel
- Experience with AutoCadLite 2023
- Attention to details
- Willing to work alone or as part of the team
- Shop floor experience a plus
