Supporting departmental timelines, company goals and objectives; a successful candidate is a self-starter and requires little to no supervision. Advise customers, PMs, and various stakeholders daily on site status and issues.

Work daily with PMs and Regional Field Supervisor on the deployment of small to medium projects with supervision.

Work daily with the support team to identify and resolve issues.

Install all utility proprietary hardware daily with supervision.

  • Office 365
  • Google Suite
  • Microsoft Office Products
  • Polaris and other proprietary programs

Identify ongoing issues found in the field and escalate as needed

[Assist the Operations Team as needed in the areas of: ]{calibri="" lang="EN"}

  • Training (Customers and Team Members)
  • Uniforms (As Extra Help is Needed)
  • Production (As Extra Help is Needed)

Documentation of daily tasks performed

Sharing of ongoing lessons learned
