We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Decatur, Georgia. This role operates within the restoration and commercial apartment complex industry, where you will be expected to manage customer accounts, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and responsibly handle cash activity

• Leverage CRM and ERP systems for effective account management

• Resolve customer inquiries pertaining to accounts receivable

• Ensure accurate and timely application of payments

• Establish and sustain vendor relationships

• Accurately process customer credit applications utilizing accounting software systems

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required

• Maintain customer credit records with precision and accuracy

• Generate and manage ACH payments through aging reports in QuickBooks

• Employ Excel for creating basic spreadsheets and record keeping.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Knowledge of Epic Software

• Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Billing Functions

• Capability to manage Cash Activity

• Experience in Cash Handling
