- Provide technical expertise to Machine Safety and Guarding projects.
- Provide electrical support through troubleshooting and upgradingof manufacturing equipment.
- Assist in the installation of robotics and controls to automate production equipment.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of PCs and PLCs with their various software systems, i.e. Ladder Logic, NC Software, QBasic and Network Protocols.
- Complete other duties as assigned or directed.
[Qualifications]{open="" sans",sans-serif"=""}
Minimum 2-year technical degree in electrical technology/ mechatronics or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment in a Maintenance/Automation Technician role preferred.
Fanuc Robotic Installation and Programming is preferred
SolidWorks or AutoCAD experience highly desirable.
