Employees are required to meet the following:
- 18 Years Old +
- Legally be able to work in the USA.
- Pass a background check.
- Pass random drug testing.
- Valid drivers license.
- Current auto insurance.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English both written and verbal. (Second languages are a plus).
- Ability to get oneself to and from different client locations.
- Ability to do housework including but not limited to cooking, cleaning, yardwork etc.
- Ability to squat, crawl, bend, stoop, reach, lift, push/pull, carry and walk/sit/stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 45 lbs. without assistance.
- Having and keeping a current CPR/ First Aid Certification (or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire).
- Ability to stay off your phone while working.
- Positive Attitude and Friendly Disposition.
