In this position...

• Drive internal functional issue resolution with FNA, South America, Turkey and Dunton UK teams. (Function, PT and Underbody Systems, etc.)

• Report in a weekly basis program status and progress to Australia leadership team.

• Lead escalation when needed.

What you'll do...

• Drive cross-functional issue resolution (program, finance, quality, attribute, manufacturing, STA, suppliers, etc.)

• Lead resolution of PD launch issues via AIMS, CRs, FCPA, Alerts, & other launch performance metrics for on time delivery of launch.

• Provide issue resolution updates to the AUS integration Interface team who is on-site to support PT/Underbody acting as SPOC for program, attributes, VO, and NML teams trough launch phases from LR through OKTB.

• Ensure alignment of engineering resources to budget for all phases of the program.

You'll have...

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

• 1- 3+ years’ of experience with Powertrain and/or driveline systems.

Even better, you may have...

• Launch Experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience with Program Management.

• Strong fundamentals and working knowledge of the Cost Setting Process andFunctional Led Cost/Appearance Delivery Process.

• Onsite collaboration 3 days per week

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (open, clear, and inclusive).

• Outstanding leadership skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results.

• Demonstrated organizational and delegation skills with proper follow-up.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple issues effectively and efficiently.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload managing immediate and future needs.

• Ability to build strong effective relationships with cross functional teams (Program, Purchasing, Finance, Engineering).

• Strong fundamentals and working knowledge of GPDS processes.
