We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our growing team. Along with hands-on development, the development team also sets out to research and leverage new technologies, master the Dynamics CRM software development kit, and always add value to our delivery team, our customers, and any other individuals within the Dynamics CRM community.

As a Global Contact Center Platform Team Microsoft 365 CRM Developer, in the Assist Customer space, you should have a strong technical background and experience with Microsoft D365 Platform tools to thrive in this role. This includes being familiar with the platform's features, capabilities, and customization options as well as enjoying solving complex problems, having strong interpersonal skills, and a desire for continuous improvement.

This team supports the agent experience using Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise by managing Azure cloud services like Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Service Bus, Storage Accounts, Key vaults, Management groups, Azure Data Lake, Scale Sets, Application gateways, App Insights, Logic Apps, Event Hub, Active Directory, Azure Monitoring services.

What you’ll be able to do:

  • All aspects related to form customization, such as (but not limited to) adding Tabs, Sections, Subgrid, Web Resources, iFrame, Navigation Map Customization, and Ribbons Customization.

  • Solutions and sitemap customizations.

  • JavaScript and XRM model for JS, including OData calls through JS.

  • Plug-in development.

  • Custom workflow development, BPF.

  • Webservices, WCF, and Fetch XML.

  • CRM Portal Development and other custom portal development.

  • C#, ASP.NET/MVC Development, including jQuery, AJAX, JSON, and XML.

  • Integrating with Azure services through Power Automate, LogicApps, Azure Functions, and WebAPIs.

  • CDM/CDS, Power Apps Model Driven Apps, and Canvas apps.

  • PCF Controls development.

  • Integration with Microsoft Co-pilot and Omni channel.

  • Unit testing, QA, and technical documentation.

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in C#, ASP.NET.

  • 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365.

  • 3+ years of experience with GitHub or Git-based source control.

  • Hands-on experience on Dynamics 365 CE, including SDK, Web API, Development of Plug-Ins, Custom Workflows, Power Automate, Custom Pages (React JS), Configuration Data Migration (Dataverse SDK), iPaaS / Azure Function Apps / Azure Service Bus and Integration Services

Our preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience

  • Azure Logic Apps / Power Automate (Cloud Flows).

  • Experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service (Power Platform / Dataverse).

  • Experience in Azure Logic Apps / Power Automate (Cloud Flows).

  • Experience in Azure Pipelines (DevOps) / YAML Pipelines (or GitHub Actions) Power Apps Component Framework / Power Platform CLI / Azure CLI.

  • Experience or Knowledge in Azure Key Vault / Managed Identity.

  • Experience in MS Build / Custom Build Systems.

  • Ability to derive, define, and explicitly represent various artifacts and results.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills including leading problem-solving teams.

  • Self-starter: ability to work both independently and with a team.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational boundaries.

  • Provide support for application performance issues.

  • Experience with vendor solution evaluation processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working in a Product Driven Agile Organization.
