In this position...

As an M&A Integration Manager, you will play a supportive role in the integration of merged and acquired, Joint Ventures and other strategic partnerships. You will assist in developing and executing integration plans, ensuring seamless transitions, and supporting the realization of synergies between the organizations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and functions.

What you'll do...

  • Support the development and implementation of integration plans for mergers and acquisitions, Joint Ventures and other strategic initiatives

  • Assist senior leadership in defining integration objectives and success metrics.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute specific integration tasks and projects.

  • Identify and report integration risks, supporting the development of mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor and report on integration progress, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Assist in facilitating communication and change management initiatives to support integration efforts.

  • Support Corporate Development team in conducting due diligence to identify potential integration challenges and opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during the integration process.

  • Support synergy realization and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Assist in post-integration activities to ensure long-term success and operational efficiency.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, project management, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of supporting complex integration projects.

  • Basic understanding of financial statements and valuation principles.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
