Manager, Dealer Strategy & Enablement

We are the movers of the world and the makers of the future. We get up every day, roll up our sleeves and build a better world -- together. At Ford, we’re all a part of something bigger than ourselves. Are you ready to change the way the world moves?

Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.

What you'll do...

The Dealer channel represents a substantial opportunity for growth and success within our Integrated Services organization. You will have the unique ability to activate and optimize this essential channel, working across the various I/S products lines. Your efforts will be instrumental in enabling our Dealers to promote and sell our diverse range of products.

  • Strategic Planning: Support the development and execution of the Integrated Services dealership strategy to deliver on business plan targets

  • Dealer Pilot: Support Dealer pilots to fine-tune process maps for how this offering will come to life, including co-existence with other workstreams

  • Dealer Training: Develop training strategy and curriculum (for delivery through Ford training suppliers) for Dealer, Field teams and Call Center agents

  • Dealer Engagement and Communications: Interface with Field Ops, proactively accounting for and integrating Services needs through existing Dealer Enablement & Training teams, while strategizing how to prioritize Services messaging without adding more ‘noise’ to the Dealer field system

  • Dealer Performance: Define, monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of current strategies and identify areas for improvement or innovation. Work with Field Operations on monthly field objectives. Develop and measure Dealer / Region performance

  • Continuous Improvement: Bring key Dealer Sales & Service sales effectiveness and product learnings back to team for ongoing product & offer optimization

  • Stakeholder Management: Present strategic recommendations and updates to senior executives and other key stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner

  • Team Culture: Foster a collaborative, flexible and high-performance culture

This position is in Dearborn, Michigan.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of dealership operations (Sales and Service) experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in data analysis and interpretation

  • 3+ years of experience creating new dealer interaction models with dealers that break new ground for revenue creation for all groups

Even better, you may have...

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and develop actionable insights

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Willingness to be flexible with pivoting strategies and responsibilities
