G-Tech Services, Inc Foundry Worker in Dearborn, Michigan
This is a 6 month contract to hire position for a state of the art foundry in Livonia, MI.
- Must be 18 years old with a HS degree.
Prior work experience (1 year+) in a sand casting foundry preferred. Working knowledge around molding, melt preparation, casting practices and heat treatment.
Must be willing to work flexible hours (1st/2nd shift) and OT to include some Saturday's
You will be working with state of the art machinery, including air set molding, mold coating and assembly, melt prep and casting.
You will be reading and following work instructions, operating machines, equipment and tools and perform quality checks.
Must be compliant in wearing proper PPE- safety glasses, face masks, ear plugs and hard toed shoes.
Must be reliable, motivated, trainable, eager to learn and have strong work ethic.
