Ford Motor Company Dealer Portal Software Engineer in Dearborn, Michigan

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join Ford’s Global Contact Center Team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in CRM systems, API development, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. As a Software Engineer, you will be involved in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Pages website.

  • Develop, test and maintain Dealer Portal – Power Pages website.

  • Customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views and Ribbon customization to meet business requirements.

  • Develop C# based plug-in code for logical calculations and deployment using Plugin Registration Tool.

  • Implement REST web APIs and Power Automate flows to integrate business processes and data flows between CRM and other applications.

  • Collaborate with Lead software engineer (Anchor), other software developers, Product Designer, and product manager.

  • Participate in daily development team meetings and code reviews.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges and production issues related to Power Pages.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Experience (1+ years) in Power Pages and Dynamics 365 Configuration and Customization.

  • Experience (1+ years) in C#, HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON and Liquid Template.

  • Working knowledge of Model-driven Apps, Power Automate and REST Web APIs.

  • Ability to use the Power Pages Web API to perform CRUD operations.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control tools (TFS, Git, Azure DevOps).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal communication.

Preferred:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience.

  • Working knowledge of Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.

  • Knowledge of scaled agile backlog management tools (e.g. Rally)
