Aerotek Project Foreman in De Soto, Kansas
Schedule: 6:30AM - 5PM, Monday through Friday, 6:30-3:30 Saturdays/(Sundays optional) - can work as much as they want - up to 90 hours per week.
The project foreman will be reporting directly to the Trades Manager and Project Superintendent. They will be leading, directing, and coordinating the work of the trade employees, laborers, and vendors. Managing schedule delivery, quality of work performed, and adherence to the project budget and safety requirements. The primary scope of the project is cleanup - using scrubbers, brooms, and other dust management equipment, cleaning up after subcontractors, refueling generators, moving materials, and more.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Manage 8+ foremen and 100+ laborers/carpenters on jobsite - each foreman has a team of 8-15 laborers under them
Ability to operate construction management/planning software such as Procore
Worked on jobsites of $200M+ in value
Has acted as a superintendent for a smaller construction company/assistant super or general foreman for a large general contractor/sub
Ability to collaborate with safety committee and ensure work is done in a safe manner
Manage human resources conflicts with labor staff
In conjunction with Superintendent, create schedules and assign foremen to various parts of the job
