Description

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire RMS implementation project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify the Sheriff's Office's specific needs and requirements for the RMS system.

  • Implementation Planning: Develop a detailed implementation plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

  • Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the Sheriff's Office's IT department, Central Square (or a similar vendor), and the business units.

  • Change Management: Assist in managing organizational change associated with the adoption of the new RMS system.

Project Goals

  • Successfully implement a new Enterprise RMS system that meets the Sheriff's Office's specific needs.

  • Demonstrate the value and benefits of the RMS system to the organization.

  • Establish a foundation for a long-term partnership with Central Square or a similar vendor.

  • Create a sustainable and scalable RMS infrastructure that supports the Sheriff's Office's future growth and development.

    Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Management systems, with a preference for experience with Central Square or similar products.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
