We are seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various saws including Burn Table Saw, Peddinghaus Saw, and PeddiWriter Saw. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision and efficiency are valued.

• Proven experience as a Saw Operator or similar role.

• Familiarity with operating Burn Table Saw, Peddinghaus Saw, and PeddiWriter Saw preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

• strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.

salary: $18 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Burn Table Saw, Peddinghaus Saw, and PeddiWriter Saw according to safety protocols and operational guidelines.

• Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine setup and adjustments.

• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor machine operations to detect defects or machine malfunctions.

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and keep work area clean and organized.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

Skills

• Burn table saw (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Peddinghaus Saw (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Peddiwriter Saw (1 year of experience is preferred)
