salary: $45,760 - $58,240 per year

work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Understand the properties of plywood, foam, plastic, and aluminum

• Proficiency in operating CNC milling machines, including setup, and tooling changes

• Ability to select appropriate cutting tools (end mills, drills, etc.) based on material and part requirements.

• Skills in setting tool offsets

• Ability to inspect machined parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) and ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish meet specifications.

• Effective communication with team members, engineers, and supervisors to understand project requirements, provide feedback, and collaborate on improvements.

• Dependable, reliable work ethic

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• standing for 7 hours at one time
