ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY As a potential Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Instructor/Developer, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH. This potential role will be critical in supporting the Air Force Financial Systems Office. Join us and be part of our mission to make a difference!
SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Designing training plans and user curriculums for automation tools used for Financial Management (FM) processes.
- Evaluate and review curriculum based on instructor and student feedback.
- Delivering course content for in classroom and virtual training environments.
- Consult with subject matter experts to design/develop training, prepare lessons, job and visual aids, and student resource materials and handouts for class exercises.
- Designing, developing, implementing, improving, and supporting the RPA program and RPA bot development.
- Interpreting and translating requirements to process workflows and executable code.
- Monitoring and maintaining post-implementation activities for deployed automations.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Position may require up to 25% travel.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or at least seven (7) years of related courseware development/training, DoD FM, RPA and/or software development experience.
Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Platform (preferred) or UiPath.
Experience with developing and leading group training, or Course development.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Excellent project, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines independently, as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and have the ability to pass a National Agency Check Investigation conducted by the US Federal Government
