Job Number: R0190250 Project Management Specialist Key Role: Assist Program Managers with the research and development of projects within a corporate program. Apply specific functional Project Management knowledge and general industry and corporate knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Coordinate and monitor Project Management deliverables and reports. Participate in the preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Track progress and performance according to program schedules and goals. Develop solutions to program problems. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in project support or management and analytics Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with consulting or client management Ability to support strategic consulting services through data collection, development of recommendations, and production of actionable products and deliverables Ability to conduct research of materials and formulate a plan for purchasing Ability to manage a project plans, author briefings, and formulate responses to data calls Ability to synthesize data, analysis, and outcomes into an Executive-level briefing Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Additional Qualification: Experience with corporate policy and procedure adherence Experience with DoD or Air Force organizations Ability to be detailed-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing client priorities Ability to work with a team and work independently Ability to meet deliverable and project deadlines Ability to de-conflict and manage competing requirements Ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders Ability to show analytical thinking and develop and articulate business case and story Possession of excellent presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Master's degree Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
