Dream Builders ETC (OMJ/MC) Program Manager (OMJ/MC) in Dayton, Ohio
Dreambuilders ETC is a comprehensive training program for young males 12-18 years that operate Monday-Thursday from 4-8 pm. Our goal is to provide experience, exposure and empowerment to inner-city youth in the areas of college prep, testing, training, tutoring, business, computer technology, fine arts, and mentoring.
We are currently seeking a parttime Program Manager.
JOB DUTIES:
- Defining Program controls, such as procedures, activities and reporting
- Developing progress reports for the program
- Supervising a team of volunteers
- Coordinating Workshops and Peer Groups
