However, as a global company, MAHLE offers many job opportunities outside of the U.S. which can be found through our employment website www.jobs.mahle.com SUMMARY HVAC and ECM assembly line launch support ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Assembly line process development - includes capacity planning, line balancing, layout planning, assembly sequence development, error proofing planning, PFMEA development * Assembly line equipment development and validation - includes onsite support at assembly line supplier locations to oversee and lead activities to validate assembly and test equipment to ensure readiness for delivery to MAHLE production location. Activities include assembling early production components to ensure assembly and test equipment is functioning according to design intent * Assembly line launch support - support assembly line validation, start up and production launch in MAHLE production location. Activities include test system gage R&R, error proofing validation and operator training support QUALIFICATIONS * Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited university * Major: Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering * Class Standing: Sophomore, Junior, Senior * Overall GPA must be a 3.0 or higher Do you have any questions?
