BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON INC Model Based System Engineer in Dayton, Ohio

Job Number: R0215190 Model Based System Engineer Key Role: Design, develop and maintain continued synchronization of a complexenterprise network digital model. Work in a collaborative cross functional team, and maintaining system engineering rigor over the system life cycle. Take a leadership position in an agile scrum team to bring cutting edge system modeling and simulation approaches that provide value to accelerate the development and deployment of value-add network functions. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as Model Based System Engineer performing engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products for DoD or government systems 3+ years of experience with the practical application of SysML, UML, DoDAF, or UAF using MBSE tools, such as Cameo or MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, or IBM rhapsody Experience with the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture, including using digital engineering tools Experience with the system engineering life cycle, including requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment for major DoD weapon systems Experience with of Aerospace and Defense industry, with Systems Engineering for C2 systems, of Defense Communications Systems, or with the Defense Information Systems Network(DISN/DoDIN) Ability to perform multiple systems engineering functions in support of design reviews and requirements verification Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics Additional Qualifications: Experience with performing in Agile environments Knowledge of using system models during government engineering reviews Knowledge of system engineering disciplines, including configuration management, risk management, and cybersecurity Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills OCSMP Fundamental Certication INCOSE CSEP Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
