Role and Responsibilities
Shall have the ability to analyze and resolve problems within assigned area, with guidance from senior personnel.
Shall have the ability to perform within a team environment, coordinate actions and understand other areas sufficiently to make appropriate recommendations.
Shall have written and oral communication skills to provide technical documentation (including schematics) and progress reports.
Shall be responsible for planning, designing, and testing in compliance with local testing policies and the Air Force ground and system safety guidelines and policies.
Clearance Required: Secret
Qualifications
The following qualifications are desired for personnel employed as Mechanical Engineers: 1) Shall possess a bachelor's degree or higher degree in an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited program.
