+-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Title: Manual Machine Operator | | Location: Kettering, OH | | Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ( four | | 10's ) with OT available on Friday. | | Pay: $17.50/hr. | | | | Description: | | | | - Learns industrial math, print reading, and machining theory | | related to the department they are assigned | | - Under the guidance of the Trainer or Team Leader, the operator | | learns skills related to the department which they are assigned | | - Loads raw material and unloads finished product from machine | | - Performs basic deburring on product | | - Learns basics of safety, sawing, drilling, materials, turning, | | and speeds and feeds | | - Learns safe operation of & receives practical experience on | | machines within the department they are assigned | | - Follows sequence of operation on router | | - Communicates with co-workers, and team leader to receive | | instructions and coordinate activities | | | | Job Classification Requirements: | | | | - High school graduate with previous manufacturing experience a | | plus | | - Must have a good work ethic | | - Must be dependable and flexibly with a good attendance record | | - Must be detailed oriented | | - Must stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floor | | - Exerts between 10 and 50 pounds on frequent basis | | - Always adheres to Company safety policies | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+
