Field Service Technician

We are seeking skilled and motivated Field Service Technicians to join our team. This role requires traveling to client locations to perform evaluations, installations, and servicing of various accessibility products, including stairlifts, modular ramps, vertical platform lifts (VPLs), vehicle lifts, patient lifts, lift chairs, scooters, automatic doors, and more.

Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations, service, repairs, and installations of accessibility products, including aluminum ramps, stairlifts, and vertical platform lifts (VPLs).
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical, hardware, and system issues using established troubleshooting procedures.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
- Maintain clear and detailed records of all installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to take precise measurements and perform mathematical calculations.
- Mechanical/technical aptitude with the ability to perform quality installations and troubleshoot service issues effectively.
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including kneeling, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 70 lbs. (occasionally more with assistance).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).

- Competitive pay ($18.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience).

- 5-day workweek (occasional weekends may be required).
- Performance-based pay reassessment after 90 days.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts (Monday -- Friday).
- Weekends as needed.
Education & Experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of mechanical knowledge (required).
