Construction Manager Job ID 2023-2537 # of Openings 0 Job Locations US-OH-Dayton Category Building and Construction Responsibilities We have an immediate opening for a Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate a construction project. Responsible for planning, organizing, tracking, reporting, and managing all aspects of the construction process from initiation to completion. Works closely with project stakeholders (clients, customers, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, IT, security, project and program managers, accounting, finance, contracts, etc.) to ensure project is executed on time, within cost and meeting or exceeding quality standards. Will handle tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation and management, proactive risk management and mitigation. Will monitor, supervise, and report on-site activities to ensure objectives are met and that work is carried out safely and in compliance with all applicable standards, codes and regulations. Effective communication and problem solving will be key. Facilitation, collaboration, and conflict resolution will be applied to resolve all issues and challenges quickly and effectively. Updates will be provided regularly, and decision analysis and approvals will be kept on file and well organized. Strong knowledge/understanding of DCID 705 strongly preferred. Position requires active TS.SCI with SAP eligible. Background of SCIF / SAP and knowledge of certification requirements and best practices preferred.
