Dayton Children's Hospital Clinical Dietitian I - Full Time - 1st Shift in Dayton, Ohio

Facility:Dayton Children's - Main CampusDepartment:Schedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:The Clinical Dietitian assesses nutritional needs; develops and implements nutritional care plans, and evaluates and reports these results appropriately; participates in on-going education programs for hospital staff and the community; participates as an integral part of the nutrition care team in assigned and covered areas; coordinates activities with the needs of the department’s management team; shares on-call responsibilities on a rotating weekly basis during non-scheduled working hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays).

The Clinical Dietitian I is able to begin to lay and build on the foundation of progressive problem solving and apply both scientific and theoretical knowledge to the care of patients. Consistently demonstrates competence in skills, problem solving, and priority setting.
