Description

Dayton company is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their team. Call Center Representative will assist with handling 100 to 130 inbound calls daily. Call Center Representatives will be helping customers start service and end service, explain contract information, update customer accounts, and log call information into the system. Call Center Representative need to have a positive attitude, great communication skills, be customer oriented, and great attention to detail. This is a contract to full time position, working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. For more information please call 937-224-8326.
