LINQUEST CORPORATION Business Support Specialist in Dayton, Ohio

Description The Business Support Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting the Director's Actions Group (DAG) by providing comprehensive administrative and technical support. This includes tasks such as managing calendars, planning, scheduling, and facilitating both DAG team meetings and external meetings with stakeholders. The candidate will work closely with government leads to ensure smooth operations. This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can support the DAG PM with their administrative duties and has the capacity to take on additional responsibilities as the program evolves. Roles & Responsibilities: Coordinate project schedules and milestones with team members and stakeholders. Prepare and edit technical documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure accuracy and clarity in all written materials. Manage and coordinate award submissions and recognitions. Track and document award processes and outcomes. Develop, implement, and optimize organizational processes. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects and operations. Maintain risk management documentation and reports. Utilize MICT for tracking and managing compliance and performance metrics. Ensure timely and accurate reporting within the MICT system. Prepare and submit reports to Congress as required. Ensure accuracy and compliance with legislative requirements. Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences. Manage logistics, schedules, and participant communications. Create and maintain presentation slides and documents. Ensure consistency and professionalism in all materials. Develop and update organizational policies and procedures. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. Ensure clear communication of operational plans and strategies. Develop and track OKRs to measure performance and progress. Plan and coordinate visits from distinguished guests and officials. Manage schedules, itineraries, and protocol requirements. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, etc.). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management or a related field. Must possess a Secret clearance or higher. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Project. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Experience with technical writing and document preparation. Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
