Oversee hiring, coaching, training, and developing associates Consistently communicate between sales and operations to ensure customer's expectations are exceeded Provide performance feedback timely using the company-approved platforms Open willingness for continual learning Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values Any other duties deemed appropriate by management Required: High School diploma or GED equivalent At least 5 years of management experience The ability to successfully mentor and lead a team Must be organized and have the ability to multi-task all responsibilities effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Work, Excel Must be able to meet state licensing requirements and vendor certifications Pass drug and background screening Valid driver's license Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for long periods Must effectively use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc. Must be able to perform some repetitive motions while using a computer While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
