QTE By- Products LLC located at 2910 Highway 25, Watertown, MN 55388, (612) 805-3955 is seeking 8 temporary full-time Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Drivers to work at 1864 311th Ave Dawson, MN, Lac Qui Parle, 56232, and Chippewa County, MN; Big Stone County, MN; Lac Qui Parle County, MN; Yellow Medicine County, MN; and Swift County, MN from 04/01/2025 to 12/31/2025. Gross Vehicle Weight is over 26,000 pounds. Haul product, drive up to a feed loading pad. Record weight at the beginning and end of the haul and farmers name at the end of the haul. Wash and clean the truck. The drivers must also consent to post-hire random drug and alcohol testing. Must be able to speak and/or operate a simple language translation application on a cell phone in order to clearly communicate and/or understand directions and instructions in dealing with the employer s staff. Must have a Class A Commercial Drivers License or an International Commercial Driver s License. Operator will be required to adhere to the company s safety policy and must be able to communicate well via phone or application with the processing plant staff and QTE staff. Must have class A or international commercial driver's license, good driving record and driving skills required. Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs for 50 yards and handle temperature extremes. Will travel to worksites in Lac Qui Parle, Yellow Medicine, Chippewa, Swift, and Big Stone Counties. No prior education or experience is required. On the job, training will be provided. $25.85/hr. Approx. 40 hours/week, from Monday to Sunday from 7:00 am to 5:00pm. Applicants may be offered higher than the advertised. The wage rate may vary on experience and/or merit.$38.78/hr for overtime. Up to 30 hours of overtime may be available but not guaranteed. All deductions from the worker s paycheck will be made as required by law. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages and pay bi-monthly by check. Any advances will be deducted with the consent of the employee. The employer will provide housing as an option to employees living outside the regular commuting distance. Employees who elect to live in the housing will have an additional $200.00 deducted bi-monthly from paycheck for rent and utilities. Optional daily transportation will be provided from and to worksite and the employer will deduct $50.00 from bi-monthly paycheck. In the first workweek, the cost of transportation (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be directly reimbursed to every worker. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. In the first workweek, daily subsistence for travel to the place of employment will be reimbursed at a rate of at least $15.88/day to a maximum of $59.00/day with receipts. Also, workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
