Description

This unique position for a strategic HR leader requires expertise in Training and Development, Performance Management, including strong business acumen. The Training and Development Specialist will provide guidance to the executive team on items including:

• Retention

• Performance evaluations

• Scaling for growth

• Development opportunities

• HRIS implementation

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to think outside the box.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

• Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.

• PHR or SHRM certification highly preferred

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
