The Clinical Director oversees the management and operations of their office and works closely with company leadership teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that support the needs of our clients. *Due to COVID-19, all of our services are currently being conducted via telehealth.
The Clinical Director will champion our Minneapolis office and is responsible for general functions, including:
Providing vision, leadership, and strategic direction for the office and team;
Overseeing and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to the community;
Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with local unviersity and colleges to understand how to best support student and community needs;
Management of business operations, which includes:
Recruitment, supervision, and ongoing support to professional and administrative support staff;
Budgeting and administration;
Management of security and technology;
Implementation of policies and procedures;
Performance of several direct clinical services;
Providing individual and group consultation for professional staff;
Exhibiting a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all professional activities and duties;
Engaging in other administrative duties and company-wide initiatives as assigned.
Base compensation range $87,000 - $90,000+, commeasurate with experience.
Medical, dental, vision effective 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, and Holidays.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:
Licensed Mental Health Provider (LMFT, LCSW, LP, LPCC)
Experience supervising professional staff
Excellent clinical and supervisory skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mentality
Experience managing administrative responsibilities in a supervisory role preferred
Experience working with college students in a mental health setting preferred
